Our consultative approach to recruitment gives us intimate knowledge of our employers' and candidates' needs, ensuring placements which are mutually beneficial. After all, some of our best candidates have become our best employers.
 
How We Work :
Client Consultation:
  Understanding the client Organization with regard to existing business activities, organization structure & culture and future growth plans
   
Develop Recruitment Strategy:
  Mapping position specific competencies including job title, deliverables, principal accountabilities, key result areas and other relevant details
   
Candidate Sourcing:
  Keeping in mind the orientation, our engagement team will establish a search strategy to effectively target desired candidates
 
Industry/Company – Mapping : Developing a target list of appropriate industries and/or companies from which to recruit and identify appropriate levels within those companies that we should target
People Mapping : Once the target industry/company list is agreed upon, we will utilize our sources and networks along with our database to develop an initial candidate list
   
Candidate Development:
  Shortlist & Evaluation - Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, we will contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position.
   
Interviews & Assessment by WEMA:
  We will then evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match with the job and understand the suitability & interest of candidates. In addition to personal interviews, we may use Psychometric assessment tools as well.
   
Client Interviews and Assessment:
  Having gone through the above process we forward the most suitable candidates the clients, based on their feedback we coordinate with the clients and candidates for meetings / interviews - telephonic as well as personal, based on the situations.
   
Offer Negotiation:
  On receiving the feedback from the clients as well as the candidate we help in negotiating the Offer, if the situation demands.
   
Followup:
  We constantly follow up with the candidates till they join the clients and the ultimate objective is accomplished.
